This program is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), aimed at supporting and financing training costs and exam fees after obtaining a professional certification.
The program aims to encourage and motivate national talent, business organizations, and job seekers to obtain accredited professional certifications that contribute to developing the skills and expertise required in the labor market.

Enable national workforce to obtain nationally and internationally recognized professional certifications.
Develop specialized skills and enhance competitiveness in the labor market.
Support individuals in their professional paths through financial compensation covering training and exams.

The program supports a range of professional certifications specialized in governance, risk, and compliance, including:
ICCGO
International Certified Corporate Governance Officer
CRMO
Certified Risk Management Officer
FCPS
Financial Crime Prevention Specialist
GRCO
Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer
ICO
International Compliance Officer
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a Saudi citizen (employed or job seeker).
Certification must be on the list of accredited certifications by the Human Resources Development Fund.
Certification acquisition date must be after its approval in the support program.
Applicant must declare that their employer did not bear training or exam costs.
Maximum of two certifications can be claimed per individual.
Certification must be valid and not expired, with no more than six months old when applying.
Financial Support Mechanism
The fund compensates beneficiaries for training costs and exam fees after obtaining the certification, through the following steps:
Create an account on Taqat portal and apply to the program.
Agree to terms and conditions and declare data accuracy.
Submit claim electronically with a copy of the certification and invoices.
Transfer the due amount directly to the bank account (IBAN number).
⏱️ Eligibility review period is up to 40 working days from the application date.
💰 Payment is made within an additional 40 working days if requirements are met.
